Welcome to FanTube. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FanTube website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a company registered in Myanmar ("FanTube", "we", "us").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree not to use the Platform to: post unlawful, infringing, or prohibited content; harass or harm others; circumvent content-protection measures; or violate any applicable law of Myanmar.

4. Payments and MMQR

Payments on FanTube are processed through MMQR and supported Myanmar payment methods. By making a payment, you authorize FanTube and its payment partners to charge the applicable amount. [Describe refund policy.]

5. Revenue Share

Creators retain 70% of net earnings; FanTube retains a 30% platform fee. Full creator-specific terms are set out in the Creator Terms.

6. Content Ownership

Creators retain ownership of content they upload. By posting content, you grant FanTube a limited license to host, display and distribute that content on the Platform as necessary to operate the service.

7. Prohibited Content

Illegal content, content that infringes intellectual property, and any content prohibited under Myanmar law is strictly forbidden and may result in account termination.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. [Describe handling of pending payouts on termination.]

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
