Creator Terms

These Creator Terms govern your relationship with FanTube as a creator. They supplement the Terms of Service and General Terms.
1. Becoming a Creator
Creator accounts are subject to application and approval. We may approve, decline, or revoke creator status at our discretion, including for violations of these terms or applicable Myanmar law.
2. Revenue Share
- You retain 70% of net revenue generated from your content.
- FanTube retains a 30% platform fee.
- "Net revenue" is the amount received after payment-processing fees and applicable taxes. [Confirm exact definition with finance.]
3. Pricing Control
You set your own prices for subscription tiers, pay-per-content, and paid DMs, within any minimums or maximums set by the Platform.
4. Payouts
Payouts are made in Myanmar Kyat through [payout method] on a [payout schedule, e.g. monthly] basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of [amount]. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details.
5. Taxes
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes due on your earnings under Myanmar law. [State whether FanTube withholds or reports anything.]
6. Content Standards
You may monetize video, images, audio, paid DMs, digital files, and Shop items, provided all content and items are legitimate and lawful under Myanmar law. Prohibited content includes anything illegal, infringing, or violating the Terms of Service.
7. Creator Shop
Items sold through the Creator Shop must be legitimate and lawful. You are responsible for fulfillment, accuracy of listings, and compliance with consumer-protection obligations. [Define FanTube's role and fees for Shop sales.]
8. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of your content. You grant FanTube a non-exclusive license to host, display, promote, and deliver your content to your fans as needed to operate the Platform.
9. Content Protection
FanTube provides screenshot and screen-recording protection as a deterrent. We do not guarantee that content cannot be captured by external means and are not liable for leaks resulting from such methods.
10. Termination and Pending Earnings
Either party may terminate the creator relationship. [Describe what happens to pending earnings and active subscriptions on termination.]
